Sorelle of Hair ships Australia-wide. All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed.

 

Shipping rates and delivery estimates

 

Standard Shipping (Australia-wide): $12.95 flat rate. Estimated delivery 3–7 business days.

 

Express Shipping (Australia-wide): $19.95 flat rate. Estimated delivery 1–3 business days.

 

Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150.

 

International Orders

 

We ship internationally on request. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Tracking

 

All orders are dispatched with tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

 

Delivery times

 

Delivery estimates are provided by our carrier and are not guaranteed. Sorelle of Hair is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances outside our control. Orders are not dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

 

Incorrect addresses

 

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of order. Sorelle of Hair cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
