Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within Australia only. Free shipping applies to all orders over $150. International shipping is coming soon — reach out if you have a specific enquiry.
How do I know which shade to choose?
Start with our Shade Guide, which shows real product photos and level information for every shade. If you're still unsure, contact us — we're happy to help you colour match.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Due to hygiene reasons, we're unable to accept returns on opened hair extension products. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
How long does processing and shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Australian delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a tracking link once dispatched.
I'm a stylist — how does the trade program work?
Submit a trade application through our Trade page. Once approved, you'll access wholesale pricing on Leggera Wefts. We also offer education for stylists wanting to learn the Leggera method.
