Fueled by a shared frustration with the hair industry's lack of ethical options, co-founders Nicole McDonell and Hannah Graham decided to set a new standard. With a combined 48 years of experience, they realized they had the expertise to address the environmental, ethical, and social challenges they saw firsthand. Their journey began with a simple but powerful idea: to create a brand that prioritises sustainability, compassion, and, most importantly, transparency.
As passionate advocates for ethical and sustainable practices, Nicole and Hannah are committed to empowering women and leading a meaningful change. Through their work, they aim to inspire other hairdressers and salon owners to make conscious choices and prove that beauty can be achieved without compromising on values.

With 12 years in hairdressing, Hannah brings extensive expertise in colour transformations and corrective services. She thrives on innovation and challenges, and her passion lies in creating dramatic, beautiful transformations that boost a client's confidence and satisfaction. Certified in Tape Hair Extensions, Hannah's meticulous eye for detail ensures every Sorelle product meets the highest standards of innovation and practicality.
Nicole: The Experience
Nicole provides a level of support and mentorship unrivalled in the industry, with over 36 years of hairdressing and salon coaching experience. As a qualified Trainer and Assessor, she is passionate about continuous education, ensuring that stylists remain at the forefront of industry trends and techniques. A master in Weft Hair Extensions and certified educator in the LA Weave Method and Invisible Bead Method, Nicole’s extensive knowledge is at the heart of the comprehensive Sorelle Pro™ Extension Education System.
