Nicole's career has been defined by precision, continuous learning, and an unwavering commitment to hair health. She's completed numerous hair extension courses, both in-person and online, constantly refining her technique and staying ahead of industry developments.

But learning wasn't enough. Nicole wanted to raise the standard for the entire industry.

As a professional hairstylist with a specialty in colouring and blending, Hannah understood the technical challenges of making extensions look seamless. But experiencing the client side of extensions gave her a unique perspective: what works in theory doesn't always work in reality.
