Shipped Australia-wide from our Mackay studio and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days. Free shipping on orders over $150. Unopened hair in its original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Opened hair cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, so please colour-match carefully with the Shade Guide before ordering.
