Sorelle is a private, appointment-based studio. Every service begins with a consultation. There are no walk-ins. The consultation exists to protect your natural hair, establish your suitability, and plan the result before any work begins.
The Consultation
Whether you are enquiring about extensions, colour, or a combination of both, the consultation comes first. It is where the result is protected.
For extension clients, the consultation includes a density assessment — a measurement of what your natural hair can safely carry at this point in time. It determines whether weft extensions are suitable for you, what weight and placement is appropriate, and what your maintenance schedule will look like. Not every client will be assessed as suitable for installation. That assessment is part of the professional process.
For colour clients, the consultation covers your current condition, colour history, and target result. Hannah will assess what is achievable, whether a staged approach is required, and how to protect your hair integrity throughout the process.

Extensions — Nicole McDonell
Nicole brings 37 years of professional experience to every install, including a qualification as a Master Hair Extensionist and certification as a trainer and assessor. She works exclusively with weft extensions using the Structural Seam™ method — a mapped, measured installation system built around scalp safety, balanced weight distribution, and clean grow-out.
Every install is planned. Every row is placed with intent. The test of a good extension result is not how it looks on day one — it is how it grows out at week twelve.

Colour and Precision Cut — Hannah Graham
Hannah specialises in blonde work, colour corrections, and the precision cut that integrates extensions with natural hair so that neither reads as a separate element. She works with both extension clients and colour-only clients.
Her approach to colour around extension hair is technical rather than routine. The chemistry applied to weft hair behaves differently from natural hair, and the cut required to blend an extension install demands a different understanding of weight and graduation than a standard haircut. These distinctions matter to the result.

A Note on Suitability
Not every client is suitable for weft extensions at the time of enquiry. Hair that is significantly damaged, in active recovery, or below a safe density threshold may not support a safe install at this stage.
If your assessment identifies a concern, Nicole will explain what it is, what it means for your natural hair, and what options exist — including a staged approach or a recommended alternative. Sorelle does not proceed with an installation where the risk to your natural hair integrity outweighs the result.
This is not a limitation of the service. It is the standard the service is built on.
